Fully lined, French blue smocked short-sleeve dress. Made with fine quality 100% pima cotton "Lawn" from Japan. Lining, pima cotton batiste. Blue-buttoned back. Mid-calf length, with large four-inch hem to accommodate growth. Back ties for size adjustment. Pin-tucks accent front yoke with trailing hand-embroidered bullion white roses at waist. Sewn with French seams. Handcrafted in the United States using only the finest materials for Heirloom quality.
